Tues., March 24 at 12 noon • Killian Hall (14W-111) Recital: Darlene Strother, Singer Gospel music Darlene, a native Bostonian, has sung Contemporary Gospel as long as she can remember. An accomplished Psalmist, she’s traveled to Monrovia, Liberia; London, England; and Düsseldorf, Germany, spreading the Gospel through song and teaching about the power of Praise and Worship. Not a stranger at her home church, she’s touched many lives in Boston, North Carolina, and Florida, recently appearing on several live productions at BNNtv. She will sing several pieces from her premier CD “I Choose Life” along with newly created music, from her 2nd CD, scheduled for release in 2010. |
